Work directly with creditors, collection agencies, and law firms to negotiate reduced settlements on behalf of our clients. You'll use strong negotiation skills and financial acumen to advocate effectively for clients, helping them reduce their debt by 30-50% and achieve financial freedom.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate settlement offers with creditors, collection agencies, and collection law firms
- Analyze client portfolios and financial situations to develop strategic negotiation approaches
- Build and maintain professional relationships with creditor representatives
- Secure documentation and signed settlement agreements in a timely manner
- Achieve monthly targets for settlements, settlement percentages, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in debt negotiation, collections, customer service, or related financial services
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to advocate for clients
- Excellent communication skills; professional and composed in challenging conversations
- High integrity and commitment to ethical conduct in all client and creditor interactions
