Marketing Specialist
Drive brand awareness and lead generation through strategic digital marketing campaigns and content initiatives. You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies that attract qualified leads while maintaining our reputation as a trusted debt settlement partner.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, and social media to generate qualified leads
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographics to inform campaigns
- Create compelling content including branding materials, promotional assets, and advertising copy
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations
- Manage social media presence and coordinate with sales and client services teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in financial services
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, social media tools, and email marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication
Client Services Manager
Lead and develop a team of account managers who guide clients through the debt settlement process from enrollment to completion. You’ll ensure high-quality client service, drive team performance, and maintain ethical standards in all client interactions as the key leader helping our clients achieve financial freedom.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers with coaching and performance feedback
- Oversee client communication to ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic support throughout the settlement journey
- Monitor team KPIs including client retention, settlement success rates, and satisfaction scores
- Develop standardized processes and best practices to improve efficiency across client services
- Handle escalated client concerns and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 4+ years in client services, account management, or customer success
- 2+ years managing teams, preferably in financial services or debt settlement
- Strong understanding of debt settlement processes, consumer credit, and financial regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of meeting performance goals
Debt Settlement Negotiator
Work directly with creditors, collection agencies, and law firms to negotiate reduced settlements on behalf of our clients. You’ll use strong negotiation skills and financial acumen to advocate effectively for clients, helping them reduce their debt by 30-50% and achieve financial freedom.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate settlement offers with creditors, collection agencies, and collection law firms
- Analyze client portfolios and financial situations to develop strategic negotiation approaches
- Build and maintain professional relationships with creditor representatives
- Secure documentation and signed settlement agreements in a timely manner
- Achieve monthly targets for settlements, settlement percentages, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in debt negotiation, collections, customer service, or related financial services
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to advocate for clients
- Excellent communication skills; professional and composed in challenging conversations
- High integrity and commitment to ethical conduct in all client and creditor interactions
