Program Overview
The Resettle Group LLC ("we," "us," "our") offers an SMS notification service for enrolled clients. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to your debt settlement account, including settlement offer alerts, escrow deposit confirmations, appointment reminders, and account status updates.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS notifications by:
- Checking the SMS consent box during enrollment at app.myresettle.com/signup
- Providing verbal consent during a phone consultation with a specialist
- Texting START to (888) 207-1709
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you consent to receive text messages from The Resettle Group at that number.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message from us
- Calling us at (888) 207-1709
- Emailing info@resettlegroup.com with the subject "SMS Opt-Out"
- Updating your preferences in your MyResettle portal
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from The Resettle Group text notifications. You will no longer receive messages. Reply START to re-subscribe."
Opting out of SMS does not cancel your enrollment in the debt settlement program. You will continue to receive important account communications via email.

Message Types & Frequency
Messages we may send include:
- Settlement offer notifications requiring your approval
- Escrow deposit and payment confirmations
- Appointment and call reminders
- Account milestones and status updates
- Important compliance or regulatory notices
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month during active settlement periods and fewer during other times. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Costs
We do not charge for SMS notifications. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number and SMS consent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely for delivering account-related notifications.
