Certified Debt Consultant
Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, helping them enroll in their debt settlement program and stay on track throughout their journey. You'll make outbound calls to leads, guide clients through onboarding, and keep their accounts up to date in our portal. We provide full IAPDA certification training.
Responsibilities
- Contact new leads by phone and walk them through the enrollment process
- Help clients complete onboarding steps including document collection, bank info, and credit pull consent
- Follow up on incomplete signups and re-engage stalled applicants
- Update client statuses, notes, and account information in the client portal
- Serve as the client's main point of contact for questions, updates, and program progress
Qualifications
- 1-3 years in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound phone calls
- Empathetic communicator who can explain financial concepts clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-through
- High integrity and commitment to ethical conduct in all client interactions
