Marketing Specialist
Hybrid — Franklin, TN (minimum 2 days/week in office)

Drive brand awareness and lead generation through strategic digital marketing campaigns and content initiatives. You'll develop and execute marketing strategies that attract qualified leads while maintaining our reputation as a trusted debt settlement partner.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, and social media to generate qualified leads
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographics to inform campaigns
- Create compelling content including branding materials, promotional assets, and advertising copy
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations
- Manage social media presence and coordinate with sales and client services teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in financial services
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, social media tools, and email marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication
