Client Services Manager
Build and lead the client services function, guiding clients through the debt settlement process from enrollment to completion. You'll establish team processes, set quality standards, and ensure ethical, empathetic support in all client interactions as a key leader helping our clients achieve financial freedom.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the client services team, hiring and developing account managers as enrollment grows
- Oversee client communication to ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic support throughout the settlement journey
- Define and monitor team KPIs including client retention, settlement success rates, and satisfaction scores
- Develop standardized processes and best practices to improve efficiency across client services
- Handle escalated client concerns and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 4+ years in client services, account management, or customer success
- 2+ years managing or building teams, preferably in financial services or debt settlement
- Strong understanding of debt settlement processes, consumer credit, and financial regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of meeting performance goals
