Client Services Manager

Lead and develop a team of account managers who guide clients through the debt settlement process from enrollment to completion. You'll ensure high-quality client service, drive team performance, and maintain ethical standards in all client interactions as the key leader helping our clients achieve financial freedom.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers with coaching and performance feedback
  • Oversee client communication to ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic support throughout the settlement journey
  • Monitor team KPIs including client retention, settlement success rates, and satisfaction scores
  • Develop standardized processes and best practices to improve efficiency across client services
  • Handle escalated client concerns and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or 4+ years in client services, account management, or customer success
  • 2+ years managing teams, preferably in financial services or debt settlement
  • Strong understanding of debt settlement processes, consumer credit, and financial regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of meeting performance goals
