Certified Debt Consultant (Part-Time)

Remote — Must reside in Tennessee. One week of paid in-person onboarding at our Franklin, TN office required. Part-time — Flexible hours, minimum 10 hrs/week

Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients on a flexible, part-time schedule. You'll make outbound calls to leads, guide clients through onboarding, and keep their accounts up to date in our portal. Set your own hours around our core business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Contact new leads by phone and walk them through the enrollment process
  • Help clients complete onboarding steps including document collection, bank info, and credit pull consent
  • Follow up on incomplete signups and re-engage stalled applicants
  • Update client statuses, notes, and account information in the client portal
  • Serve as the client's main point of contact for questions, updates, and program progress

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound phone calls
  • Empathetic communicator who can explain financial concepts clearly
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-through
  • High integrity and commitment to ethical conduct in all client interactions

This position requires successful completion of a background check. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
